Dr. Niranjan Lal born in 1962 at Bhimpur village of Aligarh District of Uttar Pradesh, India. He did his graduation in Agricultural Science in 1984 followed by M. Sc. in Agricultural Extension form Agra University, Agra and Ph. D. in Ext. Edu. /Vety. Ext. in 2000 from VRI. Extension in 1986. Then, he joined state agricultural department in January, 1987 as village extension officer under training and visit system. Thereafter, he joined many organizations with the grace and blessing of God like wise Directorate of Plant protection Quarantine and storage, as Technical officer (Plant Protection) posted at Tiruchivapathi (Tamilnadu), later he joined as Training Assistant (Extension) in kvk, (IVVR) Izatnagar and also he joined Assistant Professor (Ext. Edu.) at G. B. pant university of agricultural, and technology pantnagar in 1997 but, due to some circumstances, he resigned this post after two days.
From very long time, Dr. N. Lal technical officer (Ext.) was working at kvk under joint Directorate of Ext. Edu., IVAI Izat. Since joining the above posts, he actively in volved in informed tea chug, training, per ear Extension and transfer of technology programme vig. Imparting need based, skill oriented and dam and driver vocational training programme different aspect of agricultural/vety. Science, Gostheis, group discussion, farmer fare and melas, exhibition, health camps, motivational campaigans, competition, interactive demonshation and maintaining liaison with line department for the betterment of real crop growers and animal custodians. Presently, he jouned as scientist (vety. Ext.) at NRCE, Hisar with the excellent environment and cohesive nature and he will doing work with the working equine farmers in real way.

Involvement in current research projects of NRCE

  1. To Study the existing Donkey and Mule Production System in three state Haryana, Rajasthan and U.P.
  2. Studies on high-level drug resistant bacteria in equines for search of sentinel microbes to use in predictive disease modeling and microbes with vector potential.
